Giant

Dawn's eye peered bloody o're the morn.
No warmth to give the day, newborn.
Aurora brows fade with the light
of ice,reflecting cold and bright.

None felt the chill nor saw the rays
fall through the frozen argon haze.
The methane ice groaned, in the storm
unheard above the screaming form

of hurricanes that reigned supreme
across that cold nightmarish dream.
Gigantic, Cyclops eye stared out
at carouseling clouds, enroute

to nowhere, on their age old trek.
Ice mountains, down to smallest speck
all pulled, in time, and torn apart
within the raging maelstrom heart.

So mighty, yet a barren waste;
no soul upon it's bosom placed,
complete within itself, in space
sets Jupiter, with one-eyed face.
